Hi PhD Students of Chalmers!
We at the Board of the Doctoral Guild are finalizing preparations for the first General Assembly meeting of this academic year on November 6 from 11:45 to 13 in lecture hall HA1 and, therefore, ask you to save the date in your calendars! At this meeting, we will share updates from the Board while also voting on several key matters – these decisions can affect you as PhDs and so we highly recommend you join us for this short event! The preliminary Agenda is attached here along with our Plan of Operations which will be shared during the meeting. You can find the annual report, financial report and auditor’s report for the previous term here on our homepage.
We ask you to arrive from 11:45 for a 12:00 start outside HA1 (lower entrance). This helps us prepare the electoral register and for you to collect lunch before we begin.
