The Doctoral Student Guild is having its bi-annual General Assembly on the 15th of December in lecture hall HA1 at Hörsalsvägen, to which you are all invited. The time is set to 12.00-13.00, and free lunch will be provided for anyone who register here before the 11th of December.

The General Assembly is the highest decision body of the Doctoral Student Guild and every PhD student has the right to participate. It is of paramount importance that many of you participate; it gives us in the board a chance to represent you better and, at the same time, gives you a chance to be updated on our activities and influence them.

Here are just some highlights of what will be presented at the meeting:

•  The annual report and auditor’s report for 2013/2014
• Change of doctoral student division fee
• Report on current issues (Permanent residency and citizenship for non EU PhD students, satisfaction in PhD studies, investigation of departmental work duty policies and more)
