Dear fellow doctoral students,

The Doctoral Student’s Guild (DS) invites you to the General Assembly (GA). The General Assembly is the supreme decision-making body of Chalmers doctoral student guild.

Here is the Agenda for the meeting as well as the DS Statutes. 

When?

• Thursday ^10th of November 11:50.-13.05
  • HA1, Hörsalsvägen 4

Why?

• Hear about ongoing changes and activities
• Elect the next nomination board
• Provide your input!

Every Ph.D. student at Chalmers has the right to participate and vote in this assembly. Please don’t forget to bring your (valid) student union cards (or have them preloaded on the mecenat app) to be eligible to vote.

The GA is scheduled as a lunch meeting lasting for about an hour (i.e. from 11.50-13.05 hrs), and free lunch will be provided to everyone who registers (registration comes with the final agenda.
