Dear members of the Chalmers Doctoral Student Guild (DS)!

I hereby invite you in the name of the DS board to a general assembly on May 20, 11:45 – 13:15, in the lecture hall HA1. You can find the agenda here (the preliminary agenda from the first call to this meeting is available here). This notice will be updated with the final agenda on Monday, May 13 the latest. The main topic of the assembly will be to elect the board for the next term.

DS will provide a lunch for all who sign up until May 13 through this link.

Every Ph.D. student at Chalmers has the right to participate and vote in this assembly. Please don’t forget to bring your (valid) student union cards (or have them preloaded on the mecenat app) to be eligible to vote.
